Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Have no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
- Be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after the 7-day return period.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
- Incorrect size selections made by the customer, unless required by local consumer laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
